Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within India only.

• International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand.

2. Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processed within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items take an additional 7-10 business days for production.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹100 for all orders across India.

Free Shipping: Orders over ₹1,500 qualify for free shipping.

4. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from the dispatch date.

Remote Areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take up to 10-12 business days.

5. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

6. Delays

• While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors like weather, holidays, and courier delays can occasionally impact delivery times. We’ll notify you of any delays impacting your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details, so we can assist with a replacement.

8. Address Changes

• For address updates, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item.

Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at help@jaitun.com with your order details and reason for the return.

• We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on shipping the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds / Replacement

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will generate a credit voucher of the same amount, valid from one year from the date of voucher

5. Exchanges

• For size or colour exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
